When is the pre-registration deadline?

Pre-registration deadline: November 10 (Wed.), 2021

I already paid the registration fee, but the Payment Status on 'My Page' still says 'Payment needed.'

Please send the copy of your registration fee payment receipt to the KDDW 2021 Secretariat by e-mail (info@kddw.org).
The secretariat will check and modify your Payment Status.

How can I get the receipt of the registration fee payment?

After your registration is confirmed, you can download your receipt from ‘My Page.’

Can I cancel my registration?

If you want to cancel the registration, you must notify the secretariat by e-mail (info@kddw.org).
All refunds will be made after the congress.
All bank services charges and administration fees will be deducted from the congress registration refund.
Cancellations by October 29 (Fri.), 2021, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. After that, there will be no refund.

How can I get the certificate of participation?

After the congress, you can download your receipt from ‘My Page.’
