KDDW 2021 will be held virtually from November 18 to 20, 2021 (3 days).
For plenary and free paper sessions, presentation files (recorded video) will be received in advance and streamed at an allocated time (Korea standard time). Q&A will be live after streaming of the presentations.

3. Guidelines for recording your presentation using PPT (PowerPoint)

The following guidelines are to assist you in preparing your presentation.

4. Submission

Please submit your pre-recorded file (.mp4)  by October 29, 2021.

• File name: Session Code_Presenter’s name, i.e. FP01-1_Gildong Hong
• Write your first name, last name, e-mail address and click ‘Upload.’
• You will see the final screen when your presentation file is uploaded successfully.

5. Copyright Transfer Agreement *

We cordially ask for your permission to allow us to use the presentation file and video of your presentation for publicity purposes. If you agree, the video will be uploaded to the platform after the congress.

If you don't agree, it will only be played and streamed via the online congress website and will not be uploaded. Your agreement will highly contribute to the development of academic achievement and education. Please send the form to finalize your status.

All e-Poster presentations will be accepted in MS-PPT(*.ppt or *.pptx) or PDF file format only in advance  by November 1, 2021, according to the guidelines.

  e-Posters will be displayed online during the congress.

2. e-Poster Presentation Format

• All e-Posters should be prepared in English.
• Template Download: Download
• Size: Screen Ratio: 16:9
• Font: Use basic fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, etc.
• Video & Audio will not be supported
• Limit Slides: Within 10 slides

3. Submission

• Please submit the e-Poster file (PPT or PDF file) to the below link by November 1, 2021.

• You will see the final screen when your presentation file is uploaded successfully.

4. Copyright Agreement *
