* Authors may choose their presentation preference. However, the Scientific Committee will make the final decision after review.

Abstract Topics

* Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to the topics.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

4. Step 4. Review and submit

• Abstracts should be no more than 300 words. Word count only includes the text body of your abstract.
• All abstracts should be written in English, including the title, abstract text, names of the authors, affiliations, and table, figure, or graph.
• Authors may edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure the accuracy of the abstract. There will be no additional editing after the deadline.
• A confirmation of the receipt of abstract will be automatically sent to the submitter, presenting author and corresponding author by e-mail upon completion of on-line submission. The contact details you provide must coincide with those of the presenting author and corresponding author, otherwise the presenter will not receive important information about the allocated session(s).
• Presenting authors must register for the conference through the website by October 22 (Fri), 2021.
• Abstracts should be presented in English or Korean according to the session allocated. Session details will be informed later with the acceptance notice of your submitted abstract.

Notification of Acceptance

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to reviewing procedures.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding, presenting and abstract submitting authors.

Withdrawal of Abstract

• If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by October 22 (Fri), 2021, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
• If you have to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat (info@kddw.org) in writing as soon as possible.
